FOR-PROFIT MANUFACTURING NOT-FOR-PROFIT INSTITUTION
COMPANY CANADA.

Hello Everyone, I am addressing this open letter to all of North American, small, medium, and large businesses in regards to the future growth of Canada & United States, for our next generation and the future of work. Technology and Demographics, and Skills are just three areas leading to

the many concerns in developing and cultivating our next generation. Our existing Institutions are consistently pursuing "Their Own" efforts to assist in the enormous shortfalls and mismatch requirements in the areas of Skills Development and Education along side the Trade Unions. All of which are shouldered and supported by government. Addressing our countries businesses, skills requirements, and educational needs directly enhancing growth along with stimulating further interests within the minds of our youth, parents, and industry. Throughout our "Potential and Sustainable Opportunities" that can and will be presented within this newly "Proposed Private Industry Based Vocational Technical College University Development". Our focus is and has always been in putting "People First" "Canadians First" "North America First" throughout our due diligence leading to this profound development. Achieving new obtainable avenues of development that address the many needs of Industry, Canadians, Student, Parents and our Economies. We have all gone through great obstacles and challenges over the recent number of years from 2015? However, we still seem to be the middle of a crossfire now hindered by inflationary cost measures and debt, where potential increases will effect everyone "Including & Especially" student increases in tuition fees, food, accommodations, etc... which has gone on for decades. "Finding A Legitimate Alternative" that reflects a cost savings approach in obtaining one's skill, education, and or higher learning will become increasingly difficult for many. The manufacturing & construction skills and skilled trades requirements have been amplified by industry and government for a number of decades as a major concern alongside promoting entrepreneurship. Among the many achievable career driven opportunities that are reflected within this "New Next Generation Industry Based College University Development", will embrace the people with greater Choices and Experience shouldering what industry needs and leaving the Decades of Rhetoric behind. Costs savings will truly be apparent for education and where the instilled skills & experience will be developed from within. With colleges and universities as expensive as they are today (Along Side Their Questionable Quality of Education) and their continuous crying for funding that comes out of our pockets, especially after all that gouging of international students (Benching Canadians). The many necessities students will be looking for are truly resonating loud and clear where alternative choices will become more attractive and inspiring. If college and university was free for everyone (which we all know nothing is free), students from low-income families could attend. NOTE; Education, Skills Training, Apprenticeships, College & University Degrees etc... should not be looked at as a "Debt Sentence". Alternative and Innovative Opportunities "Do Exist" such as the one stated here creating a wide range of employable skills and education leading to a good start and a better life for Canadians and Americans. For some students who have know way to afford college or university often think to start earning a living and for some Drop-Out of school. Therefore, if college and university was obtainable and those in high school new they had other means to succeed they're would be know reason not to stay in school and at least try to excel in the areas required "when the quality of education returns"? This Institution opens the door for Blue & White Collar workers, Indigenous, also with an alternative interest for ambitious Lower Income Families all walking the hallways and aisle ways creating their ambitious and direct opportunities that otherwise would not exist traditionally. As such, creating a good start through achievable opportunities going forward. "Boldly & Sadly", remembering the many College & Universities throughout (Covid) stating "No Vaccine", "No In Class School"? Therefore, positive solutions will create a renewed credibility from within, setting the pace and standing up against the corruption that has surfaced, and supporting all of our potential "Essential Students". Note; it's truly difficult "NOT" to have an opinion expressed in my statement above? We all have heard of the so called "Great Reset" here we are presenting a "Reset Institutional Development" for Canadians and our neighbors to the south. Today we set out again to obtain "Support" as we have for many years in creating an interest across Canada and now throughout all of North America. Seeking a collaboration of interests from industry and perhaps from existing Institutions which would accelerate our College University development rapidly. Note; "However, from past experience I won't hold my breath for any (Public) existing institution", Joint Venture with Industry, Partnerships, Investors, Stakeholders, strategically and intentionally attracting many in doing so will "Develop Our Strong Board of Directors First"? With a mandate in delivering and bringing this much needed institution to fruition. Canadian Industry Sectors & their Associations, Students, Parents, together orchestrating in "Voicing" themselves "Promoting & Advocating" for this new Private Industry Based Vocational Technical College University Development solidifying the need for Change? "Canada Do We Lead By Example, Or Remain in Lieu of the past 60 years (Leashed)"?

Let Me Be Clear I Am Not Being Discriminate Here, Just A Direct Challenge To "Men"
The Mentality
7 Habits That Turn Boys into Men:
1. Taking Responsibility:
Real men understand the importance of taking responsibility for their actions and decisions. This habit goes beyond simply admitting when they are wrong; it involves owning up to the consequences of their choices and working to make amends. They don't make excuses or blame others for their circumstances. Instead, they face challenges head-on and use their experiences as learning opportunities. By taking responsibility, they build credibility and trust with others, which is foundational for any meaningful relationship. This practice fosters maturity and accountability, setting the stage for personal and professional growth.
Taking responsibility means being proactive rather than reactive. When men take responsibility, they not only address the immediate issue but also analyze the underlying causes and work on preventive measures to avoid future occurrences. This proactive approach is indicative of a mature mindset that prioritizes long-term solutions over quick fixes. Furthermore, men who take responsibility are often seen as dependable and trustworthy, traits that are invaluable in both personal and professional contexts. In the workplace, this habit is crucial for leadership and teamwork. A responsible individual can be relied upon to follow through on commitments and deliver results. This builds a culture of accountability within the team, where everyone feels motivated to contribute their best. In personal relationships, taking responsibility fosters trust and respect, which are essential for lasting bonds. A man who can admit his mistakes and take steps to rectify them is more likely to earn the respect and admiration of those around him.
2. Developing Self-Discipline:
Self-discipline is a cornerstone habit that men cultivate in all areas of life. They set clear, achievable goals and establish effective routines to reach them. This involves prioritizing long-term benefits over short-term pleasures, such as maintaining a healthy lifestyle, managing finances wisely, or advancing in their careers. By mastering self-discipline, they develop the ability to stay focused and resilient in the face of distractions and setbacks. This habit empowers them to make consistent progress toward their aspirations, ultimately leading to a more fulfilled and purposeful life. Self-discipline requires a high degree of self-awareness and self-control. Men who develop this habit understand the importance of delayed gratification. They are willing to forgo immediate pleasures for the sake of long-term gains. This might mean sticking to a budget instead of making impulsive purchases, or maintaining a rigorous exercise regimen to achieve fitness goals. The ability to delay gratification is a key indicator of maturity and is essential for achieving significant accomplishments. Moreover, self-discipline helps men build strong, positive habits. Whether it's waking up early, maintaining a regular workout schedule, or dedicating time each day to learning and self-improvement, these habits form the foundation of a productive and successful life. Self-discipline also enhances mental resilience. When men are disciplined, they are better equipped to handle stress and adversity, as they have cultivated the inner strength to stay focused and keep moving forward despite challenges.
3. Seeking Continuous Growth:
Men are committed to personal growth and lifelong learning. They actively seek new knowledge, skills, and experiences, understanding that growth is a continuous process. They embrace challenges and step out of their comfort zones to push their boundaries. This habit includes reading, attending workshops, learning new hobbies, or seeking mentorship. By constantly pushing themselves to improve, they become more adaptable and innovative, capable of navigating an ever-changing world. This commitment to growth not only enhances their own lives but also positively impacts those around them. Continuous growth involves a mindset of curiosity and openness. Men who seek growth are not afraid to ask questions and explore new ideas. They recognize that there is always something new to learn and that each experience offers an opportunity for improvement. This mindset fosters a love for learning that transcends formal education and permeates every aspect of life. In a professional setting, a commitment to growth is essential for staying relevant and competitive. The modern workplace is dynamic and constantly evolving, requiring individuals to continuously update their skills and knowledge. Men who prioritize continuous growth are more likely to excel in their careers and achieve their professional goals. On a personal level, this habit enriches life by opening up new avenues for enjoyment and fulfillment. Whether it's learning a new language, picking up a musical instrument, or traveling to new places, the pursuit of growth adds depth and richness to life.
4. Cultivating Emotional Intelligence:
Emotional intelligence is crucial for building strong, meaningful relationships. Men develop self-awareness, allowing them to understand their emotions and the impact they have on others. They regulate their emotions effectively, ensuring that their reactions are appropriate and constructive. By empathizing with others, they build deeper connections and navigate social complexities with ease. Effective communication and mature conflict resolution are key aspects of this habit, fostering an environment of mutual respect and understanding. Emotional intelligence involves several key components: self-awareness, self-regulation, motivation, empathy, and social skills. Men who cultivate these qualities are better equipped to handle interpersonal relationships judiciously and empathetically. Self-awareness helps them recognize their emotional triggers and manage their responses. Self-regulation ensures that they react to situations in a calm and controlled manner, rather than impulsively. Empathy is a particularly important aspect of emotional intelligence. Men who empathize with others are able to understand and share the feelings of those around them. This builds trust and strengthens relationships, as people feel heard and understood. Effective communication is another critical element. Men with high emotional intelligence can articulate their thoughts and feelings clearly and listen actively to others. This fosters open and honest dialogue, which is essential for resolving conflicts and building strong, healthy relationships.
5. Showing Respect:
Real men treat others with respect, regardless of their background or status. They listen attentively, value different perspectives, and treat everyone with dignity. This habit is about recognizing the inherent worth of every individual and behaving in ways that reflect this understanding. Respect is earned through actions, not demanded, and men who consistently show respect build strong, supportive networks both personally and professionally. Showing respect involves more than just polite behavior; it encompasses a genuine appreciation for others. Men who show respect are attentive listeners and considerate communicators. They understand the value of diverse perspectives and are open to learning from others. This openness fosters a culture of mutual respect and understanding, where everyone feels valued and included. In the workplace, respect is crucial for fostering collaboration and teamwork. A respectful environment encourages open communication and the sharing of ideas, which can lead to innovation and improved performance. In personal relationships, respect is the foundation of trust and intimacy. When men show respect to their partners, friends, and family, they build strong, supportive connections that withstand the test of time.
6. Practicing Integrity:
Integrity involves upholding high moral and ethical standards. Men who practice integrity act with honesty, honor, and consistency in their personal and professional lives. They value trust and are true to their word, ensuring that their actions align with their values and principles. This habit builds a reputation of reliability and respect, fostering trust and admiration from others.
Practicing integrity means being truthful and transparent in all dealings. Men of integrity do not engage in deceit or manipulation. They are forthright in their communications and stand by their commitments. This honesty builds trust, which is essential for any meaningful relationship, whether personal or professional. Integrity also involves consistency between words and actions. Men who practice integrity ensure that their behavior aligns with their stated values and principles. This consistency builds credibility and earns the respect of others. In the workplace, integrity is crucial for leadership and effective management. Leaders who act with integrity inspire trust and loyalty from their teams, which is essential for achieving organizational goals.
7. Embracing Leadership:
Leadership is not just about holding positions of power; it's about taking initiative and inspiring others. Men who embrace leadership make decisions confidently, take responsibility for their outcomes, and motivate those around them to achieve their full potential. They lead by example, demonstrating the behaviors and attitudes they wish to see in others. This habit involves empowering others, contributing positively to families, workplaces, and communities, and striving to create a better environment for all. Embracing leadership means being proactive and taking charge of situations. Men who embrace this habit are not afraid to step up and take responsibility. They make decisions with confidence and stand by the outcomes, whether positive or negative. This decisiveness and accountability are key traits of effective leaders. Leadership also involves inspiring and motivating others. Men who embrace leadership understand that their role is not just to direct, but to empower others to achieve their best. They provide support and encouragement, helping those around them to grow and develop. This creates a positive and productive environment, where everyone feels valued and motivated to contribute their best.
In summary, to allthese seven habits—taking responsibility, developing self-discipline, seeking continuous growth, cultivating emotional intelligence, showing respect, practicing integrity, and embracing leadership—are foundational for transforming boys into men. These habits foster maturity, responsibility, and the ability to positively influence their surroundings, leading to personal and professional success. By cultivating these habits, men not only enhance their own lives but also contribute positively to their families, workplaces, and communities.
In the past few decades of personal research in the areas of education, career development, skills training, economic development, and an innovative approach to higher learning directly contributing to the acute upcoming shortages of skilled trades, practicing engineers and so much more expressing the needs and requirements for the people as stated below.
After viewing the speaking notes “Skills; the Key to Canada’s Competitiveness” of the Honorable Perrin Beatty President and CEO of the Canadian Chamber of Commerce, on October 24/2007 at Telfer School of Management, at the University of Ottawa. Note: We strongly believe we've achieved in addressing most to all of these points of interest; surprisingly lower cost to students; enhanced coordination of business needs; a unique training regime; opportunities in skilled trades; completely encourage labour mobility; created specialized training; and captured a unique approach to obtain older workers and their knowledge and skills”.
NOTE: Education & Skills Development are Choices? Therefore, regardless of this "NEW Alternative" institution or our existing institutions (Private verses Public) or (Union verses Non-Union) the choice of a students education or skills development is ultimately the students choice that benefits them in the end? The quality of an individuals knowledge (Experience) and skills will speak clearly throughout who may be their employers.
PLEASE NOTE: Personally Once Again & Again, Don't Be Offended By My Agitational Comments. They're Completely Intentional.
Here we have a delegation to Germany in 2014, to study other countries training systems? A "CUT & PASTE" rather than build our own? Interesting how in 1960 they stepped away from our own Vocational system, and implemented their Adult system and now want a quick fix? And in Jan/Feb/03 (SKC) Skills Competences Canada Boosted $12 Billion for Apprenticeships? $12 Billion and we still have nothing to show for it "WOW"?
Interesting?
I love opportunity and so does everyone in our country Canada. So, does this also mean a New Oil Refinery across the street from your Refinery supporting Our Energy East Pipeline Project Too?
Well, I do have to express the fact that DEI, along with many companies are starting to step away from this, including this new developing institutional development.
WOW, can't see that happening from this new institution?
Ha, Ha, we are not alone, but we do have an Alternative Advantage?
Well, Well, look no further this new institutional development may be of interest?
All good just maybe we can get back to "You Know Canadians First"?
I'm sure their are other ways to attract Ship Building here?
There is more involved than just throwing money at their feet?
Interesting, How a Work Earn Learn Curriculum would be a benefit here?
Working with Labour, is that like working with an Alternative that creates the same outcome. Not everything is Union remember Manufacturing/Construction/Entrepreneur is a choice what's most important are the development of the skills required.
Here we go again "Its LIMBO TIME HOW LOW CAN WE GO"
Yes Indeed, here we are as indicated decades of Rhetoric, Illusions and and know solutions?
Well that would not happen at this new college university, where one "Earns their Learn".
Here we are again "No Money & No Funny Funding".
Now that is a project and a half many skills required?
Awe, how we have become so dependent upon the Money Tree.
Yes, we need them and a place that develops them as well, Alternatives Matter.
Yes Indeed, something would need to change, like an Alternative Perhaps?
Lets get it done, and build the people that it requires?
In 2007 CEO of the Chamber Canada posted “Skills; the Key to Canada’s Competitiveness” which I elaborated on LinkedIn and in many of my articles as stated above, In 2008 joined a local Chamber, in 2013 this link below was posted, in 2015 Contacted the Canadian Chamber of Commerce Director of Skills Policy Sarah Anson-Cartwright, in her response was that she had not heard from any of their members advocating for any new college(s). And had suggested as a "Test of Interest" would be to contact the construction associations that represent that industry and the employers of the employees. In response contacted many Associations across Canada with no response back, now in 2024 joined a Chamber again interesting how there's a great demand? My Thoughts.
Your Thoughts?
Awe, it's all about the funding budget?
Interesting how all relies upon funding?
All institutions seem to be doing the same dance called the "LIMBO" How Low Can We Go?
Funding
Funding
Funding
That might allow a Canadian student to get their Major?
Productivity is a Major for any country?
So, we need to be creative and Innovative to attract Canadian Youth, & Indigenous.
Awe, but Doug doesn't look hungry does he? Next generation requires an Alternative approach.
Artificial is Artificial? Sounds Compromising?
That wouldn't have anything to do with the quality of education "WOULD IT"?
Is it the creation of more stupidity, where did all the boosting from all our institutions go stating "Critical Thought" is important, now we are at another level of stupidity by "Not Using Your Brain".
More "LIMBO CUTS"
Time for "Alternatives Matter"?
"O" Look they are still slipping them under the table and where's the Canadian Alternative Pilot? You know for Canadians?
INTERESTING
Well now there' a challenge? Where and when do we begin?
Opportunities prevents Cliff Jumpers, which then results in demographics?
Try Again?
Yes Indeed Time For A Change?
Interesting all these job cuts?????? "AI" perhaps? Just remember Human Intelligence created the new Leash called "AI" Everywhere you look it's people? So where is "AI"?
Perhaps, a two for one sale on programs if they actually are worth anything at all?
Be Aware of the new, certainly it will be something technologically applied "AI" ???
"O" Canada our leadership requires a swift kick out the door ASAP?????
Yes Indeed.
"AWE" What seems to be the problem?
